Lindsay B. Smith
Legal Administrator
As Legal Administrator, Ms. Smith manages the day-to-day operations of the Office of Legal Affairs, serving as Chief Business Officer and HR Liaison. Ms. Smith coordinates all special projects and annual reporting for OLA, and is responsible for OLA facilities, including equipment and service as Safety and Security Representative of the unit. Ms. Smith provides support for litigation and tort claims and is the primary contact for the Residency Appeals Committee. Additionally, Ms. Smith provides support to attorneys Mike Raeber and Amy BeMent.
Ms. Smith earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology and her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Georgia.
