Anne Reynolds
Assistant General Counsel
As Assistant General Counsel, Ms. Reynolds provides advice to the following units and colleges:
- Office of Global Engagement, Admissions, Diversity and Inclusion, Office of Experiential Learning, Office of Service Learning, and Office of Online Learning (divisions of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost)
- Real Estate, Office of University Architects for Facilities Planning, Space Management, and Environmental Safety Division (divisions of the Vice President for Finance and Administration)
- College of Engineering
- College of Environment and Design
Additionally, Ms. Reynolds has responsibility for the following areas:
- Contract Review, including Clinical Affiliation Agreements
- Environmental Matters
- Co-Grievance Coordinator
- Accessibility / ADA
- Open Records / Open Meetings
After graduating law school, Ms. Reynolds served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Clay Land on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. She then worked as a litigation associate for Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton in Atlanta, Georgia, before joining the University of Georgia’s Office of Legal Affairs.
Ms. Reynolds earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and German studies from Emory University and her juris doctor from the University of Georgia, where she graduated first in her class.
